Vegetarian: Creamy pasta gratin with mushroom & soybeans

Tuesday
Breaded plaice, remoulad sauce, green peas & potatoes
Vegetarian: Roasted tomato soup, whipped crème fraiche, roasted sunflower seed & baugette

Wednesday
Pan steak, fried onion, pickled cucumber, lingonberries & potatoes
Vegetarian: Ratatouille, beetroot steak & potatoes

Torsdag
Pork roast, red cabbage, cream sauce, currant jelly, potatoes
Vegetarian: Lentil stew with rice

Friday
Pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes, chili bearnaise, baked cabbage
Vegetarian: Provencale baked quorn, roasted potatoes, chili bearnaise & baked cabbage
