Monday
Pork loin, mashed potatoes, horseradish sauce, pickled carrot

Tuesday
Breaded plaice, remoulade sauce, herb-tossed potatoes, peas

Wednesday
Beef patties, browned onions, cream sauce, stirred lingonberries

Thursday
Chicken with coconut, chili, coriander, and basil

Friday
Provençal pork tenderloin, Béarnaise sauce, potato wedges

Including salad buffet and coffee.
