Here in our mild southern climate, the golf season is extra long. It starts early in the year and ends late. RYA Golf Course is within walking distance from Sundsgården. We collaborate with six golf clubs in the vicinity and can offer varied golf experiences for everyone. With popular, reasonably priced and traditional golf courses, and some of the country’s highest ranking ones a car trip away, we can provide you with an exciting golf experience. We have direct access and can arrange for both your green fee and starting time. RYA GOLF CLUB Founded in 1934 as the Helsingkrona GK, the club changed its name to the Rya Golf Club in 1936. The following year, the Rya Golf Club became the 19th member of the Swedish Golf Federation.In 1948, the club added four holes to the original nine, and in 1956 the 18th and final hole was completed. Rya now is a club with a rich history of hosting many important Swedish golf competitions. Our 6 hole course Rya East with two par 4 and four par 3 holes opened in 2014. The hallmark of the Rya Golf Club is its seaside character, with the spectacular views of the Öresund from the elevated tees that members treasure and visitors find especially memorable. ALLERUMS GOLF CLUB Allerum is one of the newer golfcourses in Skåne. It's situated in the northwest area of Skane about 10 km northeast of Helsingborg. This unfortunately causes some to think of it as a flat and tedious golfcourse. However that is not the case, through a unique cooperation between the architect, the constructers and the club, the difference in the terrain has been exploited in a superb way. Directions: 9km north east of Helsingborg. High billowing rough and large waterhazards forces the player to great consideration before the shot. Par 3 (threes) surrounded by water, par 5 (fives) that reaches over 500 meters. All this makes Allerum GC an entertaining, interesting and challenging golfcourse. Holes: 18 VASATORP GOLF COURSE Members, guests and the press agree that Vasatorps GK gives you everything a golfer could want. With 54 holes and 4 courses - each with its own character, design and difficulty - availability is good and you can choose the challenge you want. With a welcoming clubhouse area, an excellent restaurant and the many and varied practice areas, it is no exaggeration to call Vasatorp one of Sweden's best golf facilities. The Tournament Course (TC) is Vasatorps flagship course and was considered in the first year as one of Sweden's best courses. With six different tees, the layout can be anything from pleasant 4,700 meters to challenging 6,700 meters, making it suitable for all types of players. The wonderful links character with rolling fairways and undulating greens provide a sense reminisceLANDSKRONA GOLF COURSE Founded in 1960 at the Öresund coast, with fascinating views over the strait and Ven, Landskrona Golf Club offers games on two-quality 18-hole courses Erikstorp and Hildesborg. 36-Hole Course. S:T ARILD GOLF COURSE 18-Hole Course. Opened in 1989. Style: Parkland. Terrain: Slightly undulating. Technical difficulty: HardSÖDERÅSENS GOLF CLUB This is a semi-private golf course located in Billesholm, Sweden. The course consists of five Par 3's, nine Par 4's and four Par 5's and plays to a maximum distance of 6034 meters over 18 holes. Three sets of men's tees create an enjoyable test of golf for players of all abilities.
Embark on an adventure when you stay with us. Bikes are available for rent if you don't bring your own. There are two really long biketrails just outside the hotel. The Kattegatt trail that goes north (all the way up to Gotehenburg) and The South Coastal trail (that will end in Simrishamn). A highlight of the bike route, is the route between Ålabodarna to Helsingborg. From Ålabodarna you will soon come to Borstahusen which is an idyll for itself! This old fishing village dating back to the 18th century has its own fish smokehouse. Here you have a view of Ven! The undulating and beautiful landscape of Glumslöv's slopes is difficult to miss and the thoughts of Tuscany. Just before Helsingborg you come to the picturesque fishing village of Råå. The stage ends in Helsingborg, a continental and vibrant city with a cozy town center. In Helsingborg there are plenty of options for those who are interested in history, beautiful castles, wildlife or beautiful nature. Here you will find the Sofiero castle with a large park garden with over 10,000 rhododendron shrubs. Just outside Helsingborg you will find the open-air museum Fredriksdal. Our absolute favorite route! Which is also perfect by foot, if hiking is preferred. THE ISLAND OF VEN Make a detour to the island of Ven with magnificent nature and idyllic marinas. World famous distillery and locally-sourced products and small restaurants can also be found on this beautiful little island. Take the ferry from Landskrona Ventrafiken or the fishingboats from Råå Rååbåtarna Bring your own bikes or rent The Yellow bikes on the island. Ven can also be enjoyed by foot. Sweden has really great sea-fishing waters! Go with the old fishing boats from Råå or try your luck with with Landskrona as output port, and reach deep trenches around Ven in just 15 minutes. Depending on the season, a wide variety of species are captured, such as cod, herring, mackerel, and various kinds of flatfish. With a skilled and experienced crew, you have the best chances for a good catch. LANDSKRONABÅTARNA or RÅÅBÅTARNA (only in swedish) The stream, Råån, has a rich selection of fish. Here you will find sea trout, perch, greenling, pike, roach, rudder, eel and some salmon. You can fish in Råån between January 1 and September 30, but need a fishing license to do so. If you have swish, the number is 123 249 34 84. The answer you get is you daycard. Price: 150 SEK per person and day.
